Reports continue to surface that LeBron James will be joining forces with D Wade and Bosh in Miami to create a "Super Team." Miami seems to be ignoring the formula for pretty much every NBA champion team in the last 30 years. You need one alpha dog (i.e. Kobe, Jordan, Duncan, Pierce) who will unquestionably take the last shot unless he decides to pass. You also need a defensive specialist you can also score (i.e. Pippen, KG), a sharp shooter and a dominant rebounder. This team literally has no other players. So there will be 3 all stars and 9 D leaguers? Pretty sure that won't work out. How are Wade and LeBron going to play together? They basically have the same game and their team has no point guard. And everyone seems to be forgetting that Bosh has not played a meaningful game in his entire career, nor do I think he wants to. So if LeBron bitches out and joins the Heat, I would not be the least bit surprised in the Magic or Celtics bounce them in the playoffs. If they do in fact make the finals, the Lakers should have no problems dominating this Heat team down low. And if all else fails, just hire Delonte West to stand under the basket during each playoff series and do whatever weird things Delonte West does throughout the entire game.
